A Typical Day

We’re not here to preach or bark orders at you. The Glass House is what you make it. 

If you feel like a personal training session rather than a group class, that’s fine. If you feel like staying in the pool, no problem. Simply enquire during your stay.

We do recommend our set programmes, so you can achieve the best results for yourself. But, it’s up to you!

We alternate different schedules between days, and you’ll have lots of free time for your pre booked spa treatments.

Before breakfast, we arrange an hour-long countryside walk. There’s nothing better to fire up your metabolism and ready you for the day. You’ll feel brilliant.

7am - Rise and shine

7:30am - Hot water and fresh lemon

7:45am - Hour-long countryside walk

9:00am Breakfast

9:30am to 10:30am - Exercise class

11:00am to 12:00pm - Exercise class

1:00pm Lunch: followed by a plant-based raw food demonstration by Miguel Gouveia

2:00pm to 7:00pm - Free time (pre-booked package treatments)

7:00pm Dinner

Wellness talks

From Monday to Saturday (8am to 9pm) we also have enlightening evening talks on mindfulness, wellness, and healthy living.
