A Typical Day

We’re not here to preach or bark orders at you. The Glass House is what you make it. 

If you feel like a personal training session rather than a group class, that’s fine. If you feel like staying in the pool, no problem. Simply enquire during your stay.

We do recommend our set programmes, so you can achieve the best results for yourself. But, it’s up to you!

We alternate different schedules between days, and you’ll have lots of free time for your pre booked spa treatments.

Before breakfast, we arrange an hour-long countryside walk. There’s nothing better to fire up your metabolism and ready you for the day. You’ll feel brilliant.

7:00am - Rise and shine

7:30am - Hot water and fresh lemon

7:45am - Hour-long countryside walk

9:00am - Breakfast

10:00am to 10:15am - Mindfulness Class in The Dome

10:30am to 1:00pm - Exercise classes, free time, spa treatments

11:00am to 12:00pm - Psyllium Husk Beverage

1:00pm - Lunch

2:00pm to 5:30pm - Exercise classes, free time, spa treatments

4:00pm to 4:30pm - Plant based food cooking demonstration

6:15pm or 8:00pm - Afternoon/Evening Entertainment (Mon-Fri)

7:00pm - Dinner
