10am – 11.00am: Kelly Watkins- Psychotherapist talk- Techniques to Reduce Stress
10.15am – 10.45am: Body Sculpting exercise class run by the Glass House Wellness Team
11.15am – 12.15pm: Managing your Health- Vicky Pattison and Simone Charles (Women's Mental Health Advocates)
11am: HIIT Curcuit exercie class run by the Glass House Wellness Team
12pm: Free Time to book treatments or use our spa facilities
1pm: A delicious vegan lunch is served in our dining room
2.15pm – 3.00pm: Yoga Class run by the Glass House Wellness Team
3.10pm – 4.00pm: Amy Turner- The Benefits of WholeFood Based Nutrition and Exercise
4.00pm–5.00pm: Free Time to book treatments or use our spa facilities
5.00pm: Talk -Jacky Rands (Wellness Advocate)- Emotional Wellbeing with Essential Oils
6.00pm: Pilates exercise class run by the Glass House Wellness Team
7.00pm: 3 course dinner (additional cost applies if purchasing a day ticket)
